个人简述
赵士超(1976.10-)，男，山东省兰陵县人，博士，教授，硕士生导师。
1999.07本科毕业于西北轻工业学院材料科学与工程专业；2003.03硕士毕业于浙江工程学院纺织化学与染整专业；2006.06博士毕业于浙江大学材料科学与工程专业。2006.06-至今就职于杭州电子科技大学，从事教学科研工作。任职期间，曾于2010.08-2011.07和2013.11-2014.12到美国University of Pitt**urgh化学系学习和科研。
感兴趣的领域有：纳米材料；氧化硅刻蚀；染料与稳定性；无机非金属材料；半导体材料及其光电器件；陶瓷。
研究成果
（一）研究论文
1. DNA分子光刻。研究论文Molecular lithography through DNA-Mediated etching and masking of SiO2发表于J. Am. Chem. Soc (2011),133（31），11868-11871，被Nature materials、Nanowerk、Chemistry world转载介绍。
2. 石墨烯性能研究。研究论文Photochemical oxidation of CVD-grown single layer graphene 刊于Nanotechnology （2012），23（35）。
3. 荧光染料光漂白研究。研究论文Raman enhancement and photo-bleaching of organic dyes in the presence of chemical vapor deposition-grown graphene, 发表于Nanomaterials (2017)，7（10）。
4. 类石墨烯二维材料h-BN、MoS2、WS2生长与性能研究。代表成果有Effect ofprecursor purity and flow rate on the CVD growth of hexagonal boron nitride，J. Alloy. Compd. (2016)，688, 1006-1012 。
5. 有机无机复合光电探测器件研究。代表成果有A Bilayer 2D-WS2/organic-based heterojunction for high-performance photodetectors发表于Nanomaterials （2019），9（1312）。
