Aqing Chen, Born 07/1984, Associated Professor.
He received his Ph.D degree in condensed matter physics in 2015 from Beihang University. His current research interests focus on the fabricationphoto-electron functional films and devices, nano-materials and nano-devices, and on the simulation and modeling of quantum functional nanostructures with applications in the related fields of nanoelectronics and nanophotonics. Some notable contributions are on the calculations using the First Principle based on density functional theories to design and develop new functional materials. The selected publication of “A new investigation of oxygen flow influence on ITO thin films by magnetron sputtering ”was published on the journal of Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells, the“Improving the oxidation potential of Sb-doped SnO2 electrode by Zn/Sb co-doping”was published on the journal of Applied Physics Letters, and the “Insights into the origin of super-high oxygen evolution potential of Cu doped SnO2 anodes: A theoretical study”was published on the journal of Applied Surface Science。
