Shi zhen

Zhen Shi, born in 1989/11, male, Ph.D., assistant professor. Graduated from City University of Hong Kong in 2017 and obtained Ph.D. degree from the department of mechanical and biomedical engineering. His research focuses on functional surface/interface and films, especially for hydrophobic surfaces, friction and wear, etc. He was awarded Outstanding Academic Performance Award from City University of Hong Kong in 2016. His paper “Thermal stability, wettability and corrosion resistance of sputtered ceria films on 316 stainless steel” was published in the journalApplied Surface Science. He has received a grant of National Natural Science Foundation of China and was granted 1 Chinese patent. He was also invited as peer reviewers of international journals, such as Surface & Coatings TechnologyMaterials Research Express, etc.

Li Hongxia

Li Hongxia1978.12, female, doctor, associate professor, master tutor. She received his PhD from Shandong University in Materials Science in 2006. She is currently a reviewer for journals such as journal of alloys and compounds, nanotechnology, and concurrently as a high-tech enterprise review expert in Zhejiang province.

She mainly investigated in functional films and nano-coating materials, and has deep academic attainments in photoelectrochemical water splitting. In December 2018, she won the Outstanding Paper Award of the Journal of Nonferrous Metals. Her paper Piezotronic-Enhanced Photoelectrochemical Reactions in Ni(OH)2 Decorated ZnO Photoanodes was published in JPCL. In addition, she published 22 SCI papers as the first author in the field of materials and physical chemistry and 3 SCI papers as the corresponding author. She has obtained 1 national invention patent and 3 utility model patents. In recent years, she has hosted and participated in one provincial-level project, two national-level projects and a number of horizontal projects.

余洁意

Jieyi Yu, born in June 1984, female, Doctor. She graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 2017 as a Ph.D in engineering. She is mainly engaged in the research of microwave absorption and catalytic performance of functional nanomaterials. And she has some research experiences in the preparation of silicon-based materials and metal compound/carbon core/shell composite materials, as well as their microwave absorption and photo/electrocatalytic performances. Her first author's paper: Synthesis and electrochemical activities of TiC/C core-shell nanocrystals , “The design and the preparation of mesoporous Ag3PO4 nanorod/SrFe12O19 hexagon nanoflake heterostructure for excellent microwave absorption”, “Assembled porous Fe3O4@g-C3N4 hybrid nanocomposites with multiple interface polarization for stable microwave absorption”, “CoS@sulfur doped onion-like carbon nanocapsules with excellent cycling stability and rate capability for sodium-ion batteries”, “Formation mechani** and optical characterization of polymorphic silicon nanostructures by DC arc-discharge”, were published in the journals of “Journal of Alloys and Compounds”, “Ceramics International”, and “RSC Advances”.

Chen Yingxin

Yingxin Chen received his P.D. degree in chemistry (2016) from from Nanjing University under the supervision of Professor Qundong Shen and Wenbing Hu. Since May 2016, he was a Lecturer at Hangzhou Dianzi University. His research interests focus on the design and synthesis of Core-Shell nanomaterials for High-energy-density dielectric materials.

Cheng Yifeng

Yi-Feng Cheng received his Ph.D. degree in material physics and chemistry from Fudan University under the supervision of Prof. Renchao Che in 2017. After that he joined Prof. Renren Deng’s group at Zhejiang University as a Postdoctoral Researcher. In 2019, He became a staff scientist in Institute of Advanced Magnetic Materials, College of Materials and Environmental Engineering, Hangzhou Dianzi University (China). Currently, His research interests focus on nanostructured functional materials for semiconductor quantum dots, upconvertion nanoparticles, metal-semiconductor bybird nanomaterials and hierarchical nanostructures, SERS nanodevices, and novel microwave absorption materials, etc.

Liu Weiwei

Weiwei Liu, born in 1987.07, female, doctor, assistant researcher. In 2017, she graduated from the China Academy of Engineering Physics with a Ph.D. She is currently a teacher at the College of Materials and Environmental Engineering in HangZhou Dianzi University.

She mainly engaged in the first-principles study of material properties, and has deep academic attainments in electrocatalysis and material magnetic properties research. Her papers are published in Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., Nanoscale, Mater Horiz., Phys. Rev. B. and so on.


Su RuiSu Rui, born in November 1986, male, Ph.D. He graduated from Sichuan University in 2015 as a PhD in science. He works on theoretical condensed state physics and computational materials science. His main science interests are in the laser damage of fused quartz, mechanical and electrocatalytic properties of amorphous alloys. His first author's paper: Molecular dynamics simulation of shock induced ejection on fused silica surface, was published on the journal “Journal of Applied Physics”. His co-first author papers: “A Highly Efficient and Self-Stabilizing Metallic-Glass Catalyst for Electrochemical Hydrogen Generation” and “Inverse Spinel Cobalt−Iron Oxide and N‑Doped Graphene Composite as an Efficient and Durable Bifunctional Catalyst for Li−O2 Batteries” are published in international journals such as “Advanced Materials” and “ACS Catalysis”, respectively.
