Dr. Qin is a professor in the college of materials and environmental engineering at Hangzhou Dianzi University. In 2009, she received her doctorate in chemical engineering of Zhejiang University.
Dr. Qin's research interests are energy materials and devices to include fuel cells and lithium ion batteries. She has 10 years of experience in the development of non-precious metal catalyst for fuel cells. Dr. Qin has more than 50 papers published in professional journals and 11 national invention patents granted. The average impact factor of her papers is 4.9. The paper, direct biofuel low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells, is published in an authoritative journal of energy and environment (Energy & Environmental Science, impact factor is 32.34). Dr. Qin has gained a first prize of Science and technology awards of Zhejiang province. Dr. Qin has guided students to obtain a three prize of the National challenge cup of college students’ extracurricular academic science and technology works competition.
