李馨,博士,讲师。2014年获北京科技大学工学博士学位,2015-2017年在武汉国家光电实验室从事博士后研究,现任杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院讲师。主要从事低维纳米半导体光电材料与光电器件研究。主持中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、浙江省自然科学基金1项,在Applied Physics LettersJournal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of Applied Physics等国际期刊上发表一作/通讯SCI论文8篇,获得授权中国发明专利1项。多次参加中国电镜学会学术年会、中国材料大会等学术会议,曾获研究生国家奖学金,北京市优秀毕业生等荣誉。现研究方向为低维纳米无机非金属半导体光电材料的制备、表征以及光电器件的加工工艺、性能测试等。代表性成果:
