张骐

博士,特聘教授,研究员。20131月博士毕业于北京科技大学材料物理与化学系,20136月加入华中科技大学材料科学与工程学院,2016年晋升副教授,硕士生导师、博士生导师,现任杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院特聘教授(研究员),湖北省电镜学会理事,入选武汉市青年科技朝阳计划(2017年),主要从事低维无机光电功能材料和微纳光电器件的研究工作,在纳米材料的控制合成、光电器件的构筑和测试、微观结构与性能的量化表征方面积累了丰富的研究经验。目前已在Chem. Soc. Rev.Prog. Mater. Sci., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy, Small, Appl. Phys. Lett.等材料科学领域国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇(其中以第一/通讯发表SCI论文26, ESI高被引5),全部论文被SCI引用1300余次,H=21(web of Science截至2020.01.08),获得授权中国4项,参与编写英文专著1部,中文专著2部,主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金,参与重大研究计划培育等项目,应国际国内学术会议邀请(口头)报告20余次,曾获研究生国家奖学金,北京市优秀毕业生,湖北省第十六届自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖等荣誉,担任Journal of materials chemistry C等多个杂志的审稿人。代表性成果:

李馨

博士,讲师。2014年获北京科技大学工学博士学位,2015-2017年在武汉国家光电实验室从事博士后研究,现任杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院讲师。主要从事低维纳米半导体光电材料与光电器件研究。主持中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、浙江省自然科学基金1项,在Applied Physics LettersJournal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of Applied Physics等国际期刊上发表一作/通讯SCI论文8篇,获得授权中国发明专利1项。多次参加中国电镜学会学术年会、中国材料大会等学术会议,曾获研究生国家奖学金,北京市优秀毕业生等荣誉。现研究方向为低维纳米无机非金属半导体光电材料的制备、表征以及光电器件的加工工艺、性能测试等。代表性成果:

博士,讲师。2018年获北京科技大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位。20187月加入杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院。主要从事新型二维材料石墨烯的制备、表征及其前沿应用研究。在Journal of materials chemistry C, NanoscaleAdv. Electrcon. Mater.,等国际期刊上以第一作者身份发表SCI论文7篇,申请发明专利5项,获授权实用新型专利1项,承担浙江省自然科学基金1项。多次参加国内外材料学术年会、全国FIBRaman表征技术交流会等学术会议。现研究方向为二维碳纳米材料石墨烯的制备工艺、表征手段及其在柔性电子、智能人机交互系统等先进领域的应用前景等。代表性成果:

博士,讲师。2016年博士毕业于南昌大学,2014/09-2016/03在美国加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校联合培养,现为杭州电子科技大学讲师,主要从事有机/无机体相异质结杂化太阳能电池活性层材料及其器件结构的设计,现在主要研究方向为环境友好型的光降解材料及光催化材料,发表一作/通讯SCI论文13篇,目前承担国家青年科学基金1项,2018-2019学年教学获评A。代表性科研成果

徐旻轩,1990.04出生,女,博士,讲师。2018年毕业于北京科技大学大学材料科学与工程专业,获北京科技大学博士学位。现任杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院讲师。主要从事低维柔性电子材料的制备、表征及其前沿应用研究,已发表论文20篇,申请专利6项,其中已授权2项。从2017年至今以第一作者身份在国内外权威学术刊物上发表SCI论文5篇(Nanoscale, 2018, 10, 5264; Adv. Electron. Mater., 2019, 1800461; Sci. China Mater., 2019, 62, 555; J Mater. Sci., 2018, 53, 9589; RSC Adv., 2017, 7, 30506)。
